At 24, I bought my first rental property, turning my passion for real estate into action. Every home I’ve personally purchased has been a new build, giving me firsthand insight into builder quality, floor plans, and what’s genuinely worth paying for.
Today, I specialize exclusively in Beaumont, Leduc, Devon, and South Edmonton.
